Welcome to Weekly Flex: A ballet-inspired workout designed to develop core strength, lengthen muscles, improve posture and increase stamina. Barre exercises provide a meditative strengthening and toning routine, then it’s down to the mat for some Pilates-based floorwork. Uptempo cardio dance rounds out the hour. Each component of Weekly Flex can be practiced throughout the week, wherever/whenever the mood strikes.
Class meets Thursday nights from 7-8PM, at 321 Main Street, in Amherst. Tiered enrollment is available, including a drop-in option. Reduced rate offered to students.
