Weather Closings – The Center will follow the Amherst Regional Public Schools’ system regarding inclement weather. If school is closed or dismissed early, classes will be postponed and rescheduled for the end of the session. We will do our best to provide an online update during storms (on our homepage and Facebook page), but always feel free to call and inquire.

Calendar – As a rule of thumb, The Center will be closed for national holidays and Amherst Public school vacations weeks. We will inform families of any deviations from this rule.

Observation Policy – We will have an informal sharing at the end of the semester, and hope to create additional performance opportunities for our students throughout the year. Please speak with us directly if you’d like to observe before then.

Refunds – In general, we cannot issue a full refund unless a student is withdrawing from class for medical reasons. However, we will offer a 50% refund on unused tuition.
