BIPOC Ballet: “For Black and Brown dancers, by Black and Brown dancers,” BIPOC Ballet is The Center Dance Studio’s flagship, beginner-friendly ballet program, designed especially for BIPOC kids. An hour-long technique class provides students with physically strengthening, mentally stimulating ballet fundamentals; once monthly, students meet after class for community-building, friendship and fun. BIPOC Ballet is a space of acceptance, inspiration, motivation, support and healing, where Black and Brown kids can be their full selves, unapologetically and confidently. BIPOC Ballet was co-founded by Tiffany Joseph and Janaya Collins, two phenomenal Black women, and is taught by Tiffany (read her bio HERE!) and 5 College Dance Major, Nyla Clark.
