Weather Closings – The Center will follow the Amherst Regional Public Schools’ system regarding inclement weather (except in cases when road conditions outside of school hours warrant a different decision). We will do our best to provide an online update during storms (on our homepage and Facebook page), but always feel free to call and inquire. If a class is canceled due to weather, a make-up date will be scheduled for the end of the session. We have the space in our calendar to do this ONCE for each class; if your child’s class is canceled more than once for inclement weather, they can make up the lost time in any other class appropriate for their age level (we do ask that you inform us ahead of time).

Calendar – As a rule of thumb, The Center will be closed for national holidays and Amherst Public school vacations weeks. We will inform families of any deviations from this rule.

Observation Policy – We will have an informal sharing at the end of the semester, and hope to create additional performance opportunities for our students throughout the year. Please speak with us directly if you’d like to observe before then.

Refunds – In general, we cannot issue a full refund unless a student is withdrawing from class for medical reasons. However, we will offer a 50% refund on unused tuition.
