Weekly Flex at The Center Dance

Welcome to Weekly Flex: A ballet-inspired adult dance class designed to develop core strength, lengthen muscles, improve posture and increase stamina. Barre exercises provide a meditative strengthening and toning routine, then it’s down to the mat for some Pilates-based floorwork. Uptempo cardio dance rounds out the hour. Each component of Weekly Flex can be practiced throughout the week, wherever/whenever the mood strikes.

Class meets FRIDAY nights from 6-7PM, at 321 Main Street, in Amherst. $110 for the 8 week session, or $15/class for drop-ins. 

Spring ’23 Session dates: March 31st-May 26th.
